Overview
One Mile is a logistics operations dashboard built for a last-mile delivery company that needed full visibility over its fleet and delivery operations. Dispatchers monitor drivers in real time, track delivery statuses, and drill into operational analytics — all from a purpose-built admin interface designed for high-frequency use.
